Laser cutting

By using highly advanced machinery, we are able to achieve pinpoint accuracy and superior edge quality. We have three fiber lasers with power ratings of 2 kW, 6 kW, and 10 kW.

We cut parts according to you designs, while adhering to the following parameters:

• Cutting accuracy – dependent on the dimensions and thickness of the material
• Cutting capacity – 1500x3000 mm

• Structural steel – 25 mm
• Stainless steel – 30 mm
• Aluminum – 30 mm
• Brass – 15 mm
• Copper – 12 mm
• Titanium – 5 mm

Laser cutting is the quickest and most accurate method for cutting sheet metal, ensuring the repetitiveness of making incredibly complicated shapes with accuracy at the same time. By freely arranging parts on the sheet, resources are used optimally, minimizing waste. The high speed and concentration of the laser’s energy result in an insignificant heat- affected zone, hence smaller deformation of the part and perfect quality of the edge. Additionally, the use of vacuum grippers for sheet handling ensures that parts are free from scratches.
