Firma Tarapata maintains strong relationships with all its stakeholders:

• Employees and collaborators – by providing them with friendly workplace and maintaining a high standard of internal communication, both horizontally and vertically
• Suppliers of products and services – through transparent rules of cooperation and a high level of mutual trust
• Clients – by providing them each time with the highest quality of products and services
• Representatives of local communities – by supporting initiatives, aimed at expanding the cultural, educational and sports initiatives offers for the residents of Mielec and surrounding areas
• Key stakeholder of every operating company: the environment – by limiting company’s impact on the natural environment and caring for a high standard of control over the said influence
• Educational institutes – by building bridges between educational and professional stages of young people’s lives.

The company’s representatives place a strong emphasis on the collaboration with educational institutions at the local, national and international levels.

Therefore, they maintain close cooperation with schools in Mielec and surrounding areas, ensuring technical school students with opportunities to:

• do internship at Firma Tarapata,
• familiarize with the production process within the company, directly at the production workstation,
• familiarize with technical, technological and construction documentation used in the production process.

Firma Tarapata is continuously working with the Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego i Doskonalenia Nauczycieli, the Zespół Szkół Technicznych, the Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych, and the Zespół Szkół im. Prof. Janusza Groszkowskiego in Mielec, providing these institutions with support in training students.

To stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in organisational management and technology, Firma Tarapata maintains active collaborations with AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, University of Technology in Rzeszów and the University of Applied Science in Tarnow. Cooperation with AGH is broader in scope and results in collaborative research efforts, aimed at development and implementation of new production technologies.

Building strong relationships with employees translates, among other things, into supporting the reconciliation of work and personal life by providing employees with:
