As the Controller, we will process your personal data in situations where:

a) the processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract (provision of services electronically) or for taking actions prior to entering into a contract, in particular for the purpose of:

– processing and fulfillment of the order;

– carrying out the payment process;

– ensuring the proper functioning and use of the service as well as the quality of services;

– handling complaints and inquiries submitted via the contact form;

– establishing contact in connection with the performance of the contract (provision of the service);

b) the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller, e.g., tax, accounting, warranty, and guarantee obligations;

c) the processing is necessary for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or by a third party, such as:

– handling inquiries not directly related to the performance of the contract;

– ensuring the security of provided services and a high level of customer service;

– debt collection and claims enforcement;

– preparing internal statistics and analyses for marketing and service development purposes;

– preparing promotional offers for regular customers and users,

d) the processing of personal data is based on consent given voluntarily and knowingly with respect to a specific purpose of data processing indicated in the consent, including, in particular, marketing purposes related to the offering of products and services (newsletter).

The provided data are processed based on Article 6(1)(a), (b), and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as on other provisions implementing or supplementing the GDPR, including, in particular, the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data.

Your data will be stored no longer than necessary or as required by law, depending on the basis for processing personal data, in particular:

– in the case of processing personal data based on the user’s consent – the data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn, and after withdrawal, no longer than the 10-year statute of limitations for potential claims.

You have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, their correction, deletion, or restriction of processing; to object to processing; as well as the right to data portability.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal regulations.

Your data may be processed in the form of analytical, sales, and marketing profiling to tailor materials sent by the Controller to your needs and interests, as well as to conduct measurements that enable the Controller to improve the services provided. Binding decisions are not automated.
