Design office

Firma Tarapata has its own in-house design office. A key foundation for the efficient operation of our metalworking facilities is a strong technical background combined with industry experience. We employ highly qualified engineering staff who work with the following software:

• SolidWorks – CAD 3D
• AutoCad – CAD 3D
• LogoPress, 3D Software for SolidWorks

The entire process - from designing to the start of the production - is carried out in close cooperation with the client. Based on the 2D and 3D documentation provided by the customer, we develop concepts and designs for complete tooling systems.

Drawing on many years of experience in construction of stamping tools, our team conducts technological tests and analyses during the consultations with clients, aiming to optimize costs and maximize efficiency. The use of 3D technology helps to eliminate design errors, and enables the creation of complex tool shapes.

We design individual tools, transfer tools, progressive tools and custom solutions tailored to the specific needs of our customers. Thanks to close cooperation with quality control department during customer service process, we are able to prevent issues and ensure proper oversight of the tools.
