Paint shop

Firma Tarapata Sp. z o. o has extensive experience in coating metal parts. By continuously monitoring the quality of the baths and painting processes, we ensure high quality, adhesion, gloss and color consistency.

To achieve the best coating results, it is essential to follow strict procedures for surface preparation. The cleaning process takes place in our paint shop, which consists of five zones, and automated spraying lines that use chemical agents to ensure optimal surface quality before painting. The prepared parts are then suspended on a conveyor, dried, and transported to the spraying booth for coating. Finally, they are sent to the oven for the paint polymerization.

Painting process is carried out both manually and automatically (28 spray guns, including two designed for hard to reach areas).
