Manual welding (MIG/MAG, TIG) is carried out using machines from FRONIUS, CASTOLIN, LORCH, EWM. Automated welding is performed by welding robots from YASKAWA MOTOMAN, equipped with power sources from SKS, LORCH, FRONIUS. We carry out the orders using both our own material and those provided by clients. All welded parts undergo a cleaning process to ensure excellent product quality. The welding process is carried out by qualified workers (PN-EN ISO 9606; PN-EN ISO 14732), supervised by a welding engineer (IWE/EWE) and quality specialists (VT2), all in accordance with PN EN ISO 3834-2 Additionally, for external clients, we conduct visual tests and macroscopic examinations of weld joints under a microscope with 50x magnification.
