Sheet metal forming

We specialize in the large-scale and medium scale production of components made from cold-rolled and hot-rolled steel, including those with zinc coatings. The processes we specialize in are: punching, bending, pressing and deep drawing. By continuously refining our machinery, both technologically and in terms of safety, we are able to achieve high quality products. The combination of long- standing experience, highly qualified staff and the use of innovative solutions during implementation, is what makes us able to match most of the challenges from the field of cold working.

Our machine park includes eccentric presses with a pressing force from 40 to 160 tons, crank presses with a force of up to 500 tons, and hydraulic presses ranging from 160 to 1200 tons.

In the pressing and punching processes, we use coil-fed conveyor lines and systems equipped with transport robots. The supported steel strip widths on the line with the feeder range from 100mm to 800mm, while supported thickness range from #0,8 to #3 mm. 

We carry out the pressing process using both our own and tooling entrusted to us.

Our design bench is capable of designing, creating or adapting equipment.
