It begins with the heating the material in an oven. The heated blanks are transported by roller conveyors to the tools base, where plastic forming takes place. As a result, the material becomes reinforced, gains a uniform structure, and achieves increased durability along the fiber directions. We have two hydraulic presses configurated to work in tandem, providing a combined pressing force of 600tons. This setup allows for the production of components up to 6000 mm in length. The presses are positioned near the oven. Its chamber can heat parts up to 6000 mm in length. Roller conveyors installed between the oven and the presses create a dedicated line for the hot stamping process. Components are heated to temperatures of up to 750⁰C.
