Machine park

We perform punching, bending, pressing and deep drawing on hydraulic and pneumatic presses with pressure ranging from 200 to 1200 tons, crank presses from 250 to 500 tons, and eccentric presses from 40 to 160 tons.

Bending is also performed on precise bending brake press, controlled numerically. Pressure up to 160t and length of the bending up to 3 meters, RICO machines.

Our services include cutting performed on advanced BySprintFiber machines from BYSTRONIC, equipped with lasers of 2kW, 6kW and 10kW power.

We have at our disposal TIG and MIG/MAG welding equipment from FRONIUS and CASTOLIN, as well as welding robots from KUKA and MOTOMAN. Additionally, we are equipped with stationary resistance welder and spot projection welder.

We operate two sheet metal cutting lines for punching blanks from steel strip, as well as an automatic band saw.

The painting line consists of preparation tunnel, drying oven, a spacious spray booth equipped with a Nordson application system, an automatically controlled polymerization oven, and a 290 meter long conveyor system.
