Firma Tarapata Sp. z o.o. adheres to the principle of zero tolerance towards all forms of corruption. Corruption stands in direct opposition to our commitment to operating as a responsible company. We want to actively participate in business as a responsible and trustworthy company. This zero-tolerance approach applies to all employees, associates and business partners acting on our behalf. The entire management team is expected to play a key role in creating an organizational culture in which corruption has no place and is entirely unacceptable. The Anti-Corruption Policy should be widely communicated and promoted among all employees of our Company, with the support of training initiatives that ensure a proper understanding and correct application of its principles in daily operations.

The aim of this Policy is to establish, both for us and our associates and business partners, a clear obligation to adhere to the zero-tolerance principle for bribery and corruption, as well as to apply measures to ensure compliance with applicable laws. This Policy contains guidelines that will help to identify and avoid the risk of abuse. It is addressed to all employees, associates, contractors, business partners and management of Firma Tarapata Sp. z o. o. The Anti-Corruption Policy should be understood in conjunction with the Company’s Work Regulations, as part of our communication activities aimed at preventing all forms of corruption. The Anti-Corruption Policy should reach all stakeholders (including customers and suppliers). It is essential for the Anti-Corruption Policy to not be the only source of information or interpretation in every business situation, therefore it is the duty of each of us to familiarize ourselves with the regulations regarding the phenomenon of corruption.

Suspected breaches of the Anti-Corruption Policy of Firma Tarapata So. z o. o. or other legal regulations can be reported through the same channel used to inform about all kinds of corrupt and unethical proceedings: etyka@tarapata.com, as well as directly to the Director of Human Resources, Administration and Information Technology.
