Visit of the Young Players from the Football Academy "Piłkarskie Nadzieje" at Firma Tarapata Sp. z o.o. 18/10/2016 On October 18, 2016, our facility was visited by young football players from the Football Academy Piłkarskie Nadzieje from Mielec – the 2007 team. The boys toured the production plant, which was an interesting experience for them, and took commemorative photos. Tarapata Sp. z o.o. is proud to support the Football Academy Piłkarskie Nadzieje in Mielec and is proud of the achievements of the young athletes.
Fire Safety Training at Firma Tarapata Last Friday, fire safety training was held at the Firma Tarapata company. Employees were instructed on fire safety regulations, the location and meaning of signage and equipment, hazard recognition, and procedures for alerting emergency services. Practical exercises included an evacuation drill and extinguishing a controlled fire using equipment such as fire extinguishers; additionally, the training covered how to navigate smoke-filled rooms, secure specific zones, and provide aid to injured persons. Bieg Iskry 2026 The unfavorable, rainy weather didn't deter enthusiasts of a healthy, active lifestyle and 500 of them gathered at Mielec Airport on Saturday evening to participate in the "Bieg Iskry." The start, finish, and award ceremony were held in the hangars of the Fundacja Biao-Czerwone Skrzydła. Several hundred runners covered the 6.5 km (4.1 mi) runway at Mielec Airport. In addition to enthusiastic support from fans, runners received commemorative medals, as well as running t-shirts and for the winners of the open and age categories, statuettes featuring the legendary Iskra aircraft. Media patronage for the event was provided by Radio Leliwa, portale hej.mielec.pl, promocja.mielec.pl, korso.pl, Tygodnik Regionalny Korso and Mielec TV. The first to cross the finish line with a time of 20:03 was Andrzej Szpunar. Firma Tarapata Sp. z o.o. team was represented by three athletes: Szymon Tarapata (39th place/open, 11th place/age category), Mateusz Durtka (7th place/open, 2nd place/age category) and Kamil Koper (284th place/open, 93rd place/age category).
